Refund policy

All Hithii Jewelry sales are final. Because many of our pieces are made to order and personalised just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or preference.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

To request this, email girimalakarthik@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will send a replacement or refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will not pay return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
